At LovelyLNG, customer satisfaction is our top priority.

Because most of our products are custom-made and personalized specifically for each customer, our return and refund policy differs from standard retail products.

Eligible for Refund or Replacement

We will gladly offer a replacement or full refund if:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective.
  • The item received is different from the product ordered.
  • The product contains an error caused by our production team.
  • The package is lost during transit and confirmed by the carrier.

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and provide:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the item received
  • Description of the issue

Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Customer spelling errors, incorrect names, dates, or customization details entered during checkout.
  • Color variations caused by monitor or screen settings.
  • Orders delayed due to shipping carriers, customs inspections, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
  • Change of mind after production has started.
  • Personalized products that have been correctly produced according to the submitted order.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period, production may have already begun and cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
